Details of the lacing hangers with washers
Lacing Anchor is a type of insulation fastener, it forms by lacing hangers and self locking washers /speed clips. that is used to secure removable&reusable insulation blanket or covers, Push the lacing anchors through the front of insulation blanket or cover during installation, one the reverse side, use a self locking washer to lock the lacing anchor. Finally, using the tie lacing wire to tie the hook(anchor) so that the insulation blanket or cover is fixed in place.
Lacing Anchors are available in stainless steel or low carton steel, the pin diameter is available in 12 Gauge& 14 Gauge, the pin length is available in 1-1/2", 2-1/2",3-1/2" or 4-1/2" etc. Round head or Rectangular Head Lacing Anchors are available. others are available by special order.

- Pin length: 1/ 1/2''- 4 1/2'', customized length is also okay.
- Head types: 22m round head hook
- Stamped "NO AB" to denote 'no asbestos', the tabbed head is 7/8" in diameter.
- Other parts: self speed clips, dome cap washer, Lacing wire, lacing ring, lacing hook and lacing washer

1: prepare the insulation blanket or removable cover
2: press the lacing anchor through the insulation
3: press the self locking washer into the pin to fasten the insulation
4: bend over or clip off the pin
5:install the insulation blanket or removable cover
6: Lace the hook by lacing tie in order to fasten the insulation.
